T cell perturbation score (TPS)

We adopted a robust rank aggregation score system to systematically measure the impact power of gene perturbation on T cells from various dataset level,
        TPS = 0.2 * -lg(RobustRankAgg rho)
    The measurement of TPS-score was in a range of 0 - 1.

Genes with large TPS-scroe indicates the high expression of which may contribute to enhancing T cell functions therapy, while genes with small TPS-score associate with less impacts on T cell functions. The TPS-scores provides researchers the degree of overall genes impacting on shaping T cell functionalities.
