Overview of T-GEXP page

To provide a comprehensive view of gene function specifically for T cells, we present the “T-GEXP” (T cell gene function explorer) module for exploring gene expression within different T cell subtypes, network analysis of co-expressed genes and pathways and links to T cell and CAR-T-related pathologies using existing clinical and experimental data. The search will return results including:

■   Gene abundance across 16 T cell subtypes using sorted T cell transcriptomic data.
■   T cell-specific co-expressed gene and pathways.
■   Genes and CAR T-cell exhaustion and therapeutic responses.
■   Gene and T cell lymphoma prognosis.
■   Gene expression and autoimmune diseases.
